We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Safety Coordinator to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The Safety Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and implementing safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all staff and patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and industry standards
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks
- Coordinate and conduct safety training programs for staff members
- Investigate and report on accidents, incidents, and near misses
- Collaborate with department heads to address safety concerns and implement corrective actions
- Monitor and track safety performance metrics and trends
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and new safety regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry
- Knowledge of UAE safety regulations and standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification in safety management is a plus
