We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Coordinator to join our Energy team based in Dubai. As a Safety Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the implementation and compliance of safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all employees within the Energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in line with local regulations and company standards
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks
- Investigate accidents and near misses, and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences
- Provide safety training and awareness programs for all employees
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure safety measures are integrated into all operations
- Maintain safety records and reports as required by regulatory agencies
- Stay up to date on industry best practices and trends in safety management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a safety coordination role within the Energy industry
- Professional certifications in safety management (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH) preferred
- Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and standards in Dubai
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
