We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Safety Technician to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Safety Technician in the real estate industry, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of employees, tenants, and visitors in our properties.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify potential safety hazards and risks
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures in accordance with local regulations and industry best practices
- Coordinate with property managers and maintenance staff to address safety concerns and issues promptly
- Conduct safety training sessions for employees and tenants to raise awareness and promote a culture of safety
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and develop strategies for prevention
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions
- Stay up-to-date on industry safety standards and regulations to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with external safety consultants and government agencies as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Safety Technician or similar role in the real estate industry
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in Dubai
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification in occupational health and safety is a plus
