We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Counselor to join our team in Dubai within the pharmaceutical industry. The School Counselor will be responsible for providing counseling services to students, supporting their academic, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling to students on academic, social, and emotional issues
- Develop and implement counseling programs to support student mental health and well-being
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students in need of counseling services
- Provide crisis intervention and support to students in need
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records
- Stay up-to-date on best practices in counseling and mental health support
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance counseling skills
- Support school initiatives and programs related to mental health and well-being

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling or related field
- Licensed or certified School Counselor
- [Random number] years of experience in counseling, preferably in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and school staff
- Knowledge of mental health issues affecting children and adolescents
- Understanding of the educational system in Dubai
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
