We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Benefits Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in benefits management within the pharmaceutical industry and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee benefits programs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and laws related to employee benefits
- Conduct regular audits of benefits programs to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
- Analyze market trends and benchmark data to ensure competitive benefits offerings
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, finance, and legal teams, to design and implement new benefits programs
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective benefits solutions
- Provide guidance and support to employees on benefits-related inquiries and issues
- Stay informed on industry best practices and make recommendations for improvements to benefits programs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in benefits management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding of local laws and regulations related to employee benefits in Dubai
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing vendor relationships and contracts
