Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Benefits Manager to join our team in Dubai's thriving real estate sector. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive employee benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate our workforce. You will work closely with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure that our benefits offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Benefits Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive benefits strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives and meets the needs of employees.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning of benefits offerings.
2. Benefits Administration:
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other perks.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and manage relationships with benefits providers and third-party administrators.
3. Employee Education and Communication:
- Develop and implement communication strategies to educate employees about their benefits options and changes.
- Organize benefits orientation sessions and workshops to enhance employee understanding and engagement.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze benefits data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and utilization of programs.
- Prepare reports for senior management regarding benefits costs, employee satisfaction, and trends in benefits utilization.
5. Budget Management:
- Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage the benefits budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality offerings.
- Monitor and evaluate the financial impact of benefits programs and recommend adjustments as necessary.
6. Project Management:
- Lead and manage benefits-related projects, such as open enrollment, benefits audits, and program enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new benefits initiatives effectively.
7. Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Promote a positive work environment by addressing employee needs and enhancing their overall experience with the company’s benefits programs.
8. Stay Informed on Trends:
- Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in benefits management.
- Participate in professional associations and forums to network and share knowledge with peers.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certifications (such as CEBS, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits management, preferably within the real estate or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations concerning employee benefits in the UAE.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels.
- Proven project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration software.
