We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Officer to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving business growth and building strategic partnerships within the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue within the healthcare sector
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's presence in the market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, insurers, and government agencies
- Lead the negotiation and closing of business deals and contracts
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and services to meet the needs of clients
- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in business development within the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships
- Strong network of contacts within the healthcare sector in Dubai
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
