We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Buyer to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The Senior Buyer will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, products, and services for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, negotiation, and vendor management within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to support the real estate projects
- Source and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Manage vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance
- Analyze market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and timelines
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide regular reports and updates on purchasing activities to management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within the real estate industry
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of UAE procurement laws and regulations is a plus
