We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Buyer to join our Telecommunications team in Dubai. As a Senior Buyer, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing telecommunications equipment and services for our organization. You will work closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure that we have the necessary resources to support our telecommunications infrastructure.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the organization's telecommunications needs
- Source and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers for quality, cost, and reliability
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with vendors to ensure favorable terms for the organization
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT and operations teams, to understand their telecommunications requirements and ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Manage supplier relationships to drive performance improvements and ensure compliance with contractual terms
- Analyze and report on procurement metrics, such as cost savings and supplier performance, to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- [Number] years of experience in procurement, with a focus on telecommunications products and services
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
