We are currently seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior Compensation Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of compensation and benefits within our construction company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compensation strategies and programs that align with the company's overall business objectives
- Manage the annual salary review process, ensuring that all salary increases are in line with company budgets and market benchmarks
- Conduct regular benchmarking studies to ensure that our compensation and benefits packages remain competitive within the industry
- Work closely with senior management to design and implement variable pay structures, such as bonuses and incentives, to drive employee performance and retention
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure that all compensation and benefits policies comply with local labor laws and regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- [X] years of experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of compensation best practices and trends
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
