Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Compensation Manager to join our team in Dubai within the energy sector. The Senior Compensation Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent in the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure the organization's compensation packages remain competitive
- Manage the annual salary review process, including budgeting, data analysis, and communication with stakeholders
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure compensation programs support talent acquisition, retention, and engagement efforts
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation-related matters, including job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and incentive programs
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits
- Lead and mentor a team of compensation professionals to deliver high-quality services and support to the organization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in the energy sector
- Strong knowledge of compensation practices, trends, and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in Compensation and Benefits (e.g. CCP, CBP) is a plus
