We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our Financial Services team in Dubai. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational consulting services to our clients in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage consulting projects for financial services clients, including developing project plans, conducting research and analysis, and presenting recommendations to clients
- Provide expertise and guidance on a wide range of financial services topics, such as regulatory compliance, risk management, and digital transformation
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and identify new opportunities for consulting services
- Mentor and coach junior consultants to support their professional development and growth within the organization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in financial services consulting
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry, including knowledge of regulatory requirements and market trends
- Proven track record of successfully leading consulting projects and delivering results for clients
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex issues
