We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Development Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah within the Construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate development and strategy, with a proven track record of successfully managing and executing complex business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of corporate growth strategies, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential investment targets.
- Evaluate potential acquisition targets and lead due diligence processes to assess financial and strategic fit.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine the company's long-term strategic plan.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, industry partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Develop and deliver presentations to communicate corporate development strategies and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- [X] years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or strategy consulting.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate and model complex financial transactions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior executives.
- Proven track record of managing and executing corporate development initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with the Construction industry and market trends in the UAE region is a plus.
