Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Corporate Development Manager to join our dynamic team in the healthcare sector. This critical role will be responsible for leading corporate development initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and business development strategies that align with our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare, a proven track record in corporate development, and exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement corporate development strategies that support the organization's growth objectives.
- Conduct market analysis and identify potential acquisition targets, strategic partnerships, and new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.

2. Mergers and Acquisitions:
- Lead the end-to-end M&A process, including target identification, due diligence, financial modeling, valuation analysis, and negotiation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the strategic fit of potential acquisitions and partnerships.

3. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and industry leaders.
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management and the board of directors, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic vision.

4. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the healthcare sector.
- Analyze financial and operational performance metrics of potential targets and existing partnerships to inform decision-making.

5. Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including joint ventures and strategic alliances, to enhance the organization’s service offerings and market presence.
- Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new initiatives.

6. Project Management:
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of corporate development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented strategies and provide ongoing recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, or business development within the healthcare sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance issues in the healthcare industry is a plus.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
