We are seeking a highly talented and experienced Senior Creative Director to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. As the Senior Creative Director, you will be responsible for leading our creative team and overseeing all aspects of creative projects within the Information Technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the creative team, providing guidance, direction, and mentorship to ensure high-quality work
- Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative and impactful designs for various digital platforms
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the team produces cutting-edge work
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Present and pitch creative concepts to clients and stakeholders, providing rationale and justification for design choices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a creative role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects across different platforms
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong leadership and team management skills
