We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Creative Director to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the creative direction of our telecommunications company, overseeing the development of innovative and impactful campaigns and projects that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the company's brand objectives and target audience
- Lead a team of creative professionals, including designers, copywriters, and art directors, to ensure the delivery of high-quality, on-brand creative work
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to create integrated campaigns that drive business goals
- Provide creative direction and feedback on all marketing materials, including advertising campaigns, digital content, and social media assets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and incorporate new ideas and technologies into creative projects
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and budget requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Proven track record of leading successful creative campaigns that drive business results
- Strong understanding of branding, design, and content creation principles
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
