We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Project Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing digital projects within the agriculture industry, from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage digital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, marketers, and stakeholders, to define project requirements and goals
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and allocate resources accordingly
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide status reports to management
- Ensure projects adhere to industry best practices and compliance standards
- Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager in the agriculture industry
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and platforms
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- PMP certification is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital project management
