Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Project Manager to lead and manage our digital initiatives within the energy sector based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects that align with our strategic goals and enhance our operational efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of digital technologies, project management methodologies, and the energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Leadership: Lead and manage multiple digital projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, operations, and external vendors, to gather requirements, define project objectives, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that outline resources, timelines, milestones, and risks. Continuously monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Digital Transformation: Drive digital transformation initiatives within the organization, leveraging emerging technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in energy operations.
- Performance Tracking: Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track project performance, report on progress, and provide insights to senior management.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all digital projects adhere to industry best practices and quality standards.
- Budget Management: Oversee project budgets and ensure financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Team Development: Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital initiatives within the energy sector.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex digital projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, including software development, data analytics, and cloud solutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Knowledge of the energy sector, including renewable energy trends and challenges, is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
