We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as the Senior Director of Quality Assurance in the agriculture industry in Dubai. As the Senior Director of Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control and assurance within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Lead a team of quality assurance professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor product quality and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure the effectiveness of quality assurance programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards are met throughout the supply chain.
- Provide leadership and guidance on quality assurance best practices to ensure product safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance within the agriculture industry.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to quality control and assurance.
- Proven track record of successfully leading quality assurance programs and initiatives.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
