Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Director of Quality Assurance to lead our quality assurance initiatives in the energy sector. This role will be pivotal in ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quality assurance processes within the energy industry and demonstrate exceptional leadership and strategic thinking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy aligned with the company’s objectives and regulatory standards in the energy sector.
- Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Oversee the design and execution of quality assurance audits, inspections, and assessments to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and supply chain, to integrate quality practices throughout the organization.
- Analyze quality performance metrics and trends, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations to stay informed on quality standards and best practices.
- Drive the development and implementation of training programs to enhance staff awareness and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage quality assurance budget and resources efficiently to achieve departmental goals.
- Prepare and present quality assurance reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses for quality-related issues, implementing preventive measures to avoid recurrence.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within the energy sector.
- Proven track record of successfully leading quality assurance teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to quality assurance in the energy sector (e.g., ISO 9001, API standards).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in quality management software and tools.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
