We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Director of Sales to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As the Senior Director of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth within the Aerospace and Defense sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives within the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive performance
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the Aerospace and Defense sector
- Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the company's presence and revenue streams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and success in sales initiatives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets within the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for sales excellence
- Knowledge of the Aerospace and Defense industry, including key players, market trends, and regulatory requirements
