We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Director of Sales to join our team in Dubai within the Financial Services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and driving revenue growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals and targets
- Lead and mentor the sales team to drive performance and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and drive business development initiatives
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Knowledge of the financial services industry in the UAE market
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
