We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Enterprise Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and a proven track record of successfully managing enterprise-level projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve financial targets
- Lead and manage a team of enterprise managers and ensure they are effectively executing their responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's reach and market presence
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in business strategies and goals
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform decision-making and strategic planning
- Oversee the development and implementation of enterprise-wide policies, procedures, and processes to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to drive business development and growth
- Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance and progress of enterprise initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior management role in the financial services industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing enterprise-level projects and initiatives
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex business situations and develop innovative solutions
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial markets and industry trends
