We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Enterprise Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the consumer goods industry and possess exceptional leadership and strategic planning abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and increase market share
- Manage and oversee all aspects of enterprise operations, including sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and business partners
- Lead a team of professionals to achieve company objectives and targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
- Analyze business performance and develop strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior management role within the consumer goods industry
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams and achieving business objectives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications
