We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facilities Engineer to join our team in Al Ain, specializing in Agriculture. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance and operation of all facilities within our agricultural operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive facility maintenance programs to ensure all equipment and structures are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and address them in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external contractors to schedule and perform necessary repairs and upgrades.
- Manage facility budgets and ensure all maintenance activities are completed within budget constraints.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce energy consumption and waste within the facilities.
- Supervise a team of facilities staff and provide guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
