We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Facilities Engineer to join our Real Estate team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management and engineering, with a focus on maintaining and improving the functionality of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of all facilities within our Real Estate portfolio
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure the efficient operation of all building systems
- Manage a team of facilities engineers and technicians to ensure timely and effective resolution of maintenance issues
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address maintenance needs
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance services
- Develop and manage facility improvement projects to enhance the overall performance and appearance of our properties
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and industry standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- [Number] years of experience in facility management, preferably in the Real Estate industry
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
- Proven leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
