We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Financial Controller to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management within the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the financial operations of the construction projects
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor cash flow, profitability, and financial performance
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards
- Provide financial guidance and support to senior management
- Lead and manage a team of finance professionals
- Conduct regular financial audits and risk assessments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- Prior experience in managing a team is a plus
