We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Financial Controller to join our telecommunications company based in Dubai. The Senior Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the telecommunications industry and a strong background in financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against key performance indicators
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
- At least 8 years of experience in financial management, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications industry trends and regulations
- Proven track record of driving financial performance and business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
