We are currently seeking a Senior Geologist to join our Retail team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geological studies and a minimum of 8 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct geological surveys and studies to identify potential areas for exploration and development
- Analyze and interpret geological data to understand the structure and composition of the earth's crust
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop exploration and drilling programs
- Monitor drilling operations and provide technical support to ensure compliance with geological standards
- Evaluate potential risks and opportunities associated with exploration projects
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in geological technology
- Mentor junior geologists and provide guidance on complex geological issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geology or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in geological studies, preferably in the Retail industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in geological software and mapping tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to remote locations for fieldwork
