Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Implementation Engineer with a strong background in agricultural technology to join our dynamic team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management: Lead the implementation of agricultural technology projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all milestones are met on time and within budget.

- Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth technical knowledge of agricultural systems, including precision farming, IoT devices, and data analytics platforms. Support clients in understanding and utilizing these technologies effectively.

- Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase. Build strong relationships to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

- System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software systems into existing agricultural operations.

- Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to facilitate smooth adoption of new technologies. Offer ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance post-implementation.

- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented solutions, including user manuals, training materials, and project reports.

- Quality Assurance: Monitor the performance of implemented solutions, gather feedback, and implement necessary improvements or updates to enhance client satisfaction.

- Market Research: Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in agricultural technology. Provide insights to the product development team to inform future solutions and enhance competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in implementation engineering, preferably within the agricultural technology sector.

- Strong understanding of agricultural practices, crop management, and the application of technology in farming.

- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.

- Experience with IoT systems, data analytics, and software integration.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
