Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Implementation Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai within the consumer goods sector. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the successful deployment and integration of our innovative solutions, ensuring that our products meet the high standards expected by our clients and consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation process of consumer goods solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support during the implementation phase, troubleshooting issues and developing solutions to enhance system performance and user experience.

- Client Engagement: Liaise with clients to understand their requirements, assess their needs, and provide tailored solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for all technical aspects during the implementation process.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, quality assurance, and sales, to ensure seamless integration of systems and alignment with business objectives.

- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of implementation processes, including user manuals, technical specifications, and training materials.

- Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders to ensure effective adoption of new systems and processes. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.

- Continuous Improvement: Analyze implementation processes and outcomes to identify areas for improvement. Propose and implement enhancements to optimize future project deployments.

- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices within the consumer goods sector to ensure our solutions remain competitive and innovative.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in implementation engineering, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
- Proven experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with software development life cycles and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Proficient in relevant programming languages and tools used in system implementation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
