We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Information Security Analyst to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security, risk management, and compliance within the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement information security policies, procedures, and best practices to protect the organization's digital assets.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security threats and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Monitor security incidents and investigate security breaches to determine the root cause and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure that security measures are integrated into all aspects of the organization's operations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively address potential security vulnerabilities.
- Provide guidance and training to junior security analysts and other team members on security best practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI DSS.
- Experience working in the construction industry or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
