We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Information Security Analyst to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security and a proven track record of implementing and managing security systems within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies, procedures, and standards in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions
- Monitor and analyze security incidents and breaches, and respond promptly to mitigate risks
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain security controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption protocols
- Provide training and support to staff on security best practices and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats, trends, and technologies to proactively protect the organization's data and systems
- Lead incident response efforts and coordinate with external partners, such as law enforcement and cybersecurity firms, as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- [Random number] years of experience in information security, with a focus on network security, data protection, and risk management
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are preferred
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
