We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Instructional Designer to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah, specializing in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and delivering engaging learning materials and programs for a diverse audience within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze training needs and develop learning objectives
- Design and develop comprehensive instructional materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and multimedia resources
- Implement adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create effective training programs
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms
- Continuously update and improve existing training materials to ensure relevance and accuracy
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget requirements
- Stay current on industry trends and incorporate innovative learning technologies into training solutions

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Captivate) and learning management systems
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with a global team and diverse stakeholders
- Certifications in instructional design or e-learning development are a plus
