### Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of instructional design principles and methodologies, with a proven track record of developing engaging and effective learning solutions tailored to the unique needs of healthcare professionals. This role is pivotal in enhancing the training and development programs within our organization.

### Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum Development: Design, develop, and implement high-quality instructional materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, and assessments that meet the needs of various healthcare stakeholders.

- Needs Assessment: Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and analysis to identify learning gaps and recommend appropriate instructional strategies and technologies.

- Collaborative Design: Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to gather content, ensure accuracy, and align learning objectives with organizational goals.

- Learning Technologies: Utilize various instructional technologies and multimedia tools to create engaging and interactive learning experiences that enhance learner engagement and retention.

- Evaluation and Assessment: Develop evaluation tools to assess the effectiveness of learning programs, analyze feedback, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Project Management: Lead and manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, and alignment with budget constraints.

- Mentorship and Training: Provide guidance and support to junior instructional designers and other team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

- Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in instructional design, adult learning theory, and emerging technologies in the healthcare field to continuously innovate training solutions.

### Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Adult Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, specifically within the healthcare industry.

- Proven experience in designing and developing e-learning content using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.

- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and experience in deploying and managing online training courses.

### Preferred Qualifications

- Certification in instructional design or related fields (e.g., ATD, ISPI, or similar).

- Experience in healthcare training or education, with knowledge of clinical processes and practices.

- Proficiency in graphic design or multimedia production software is a plus.
