We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Lean Consultant to join our team in Dubai, UAE within the telecommunications industry. As a Senior Lean Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and implementing Lean methodologies and practices to drive operational efficiency, improve processes, and enhance overall performance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Lean transformation projects within the telecommunications sector, focusing on process improvement, waste reduction, and value stream mapping.
- Conduct Lean assessments and analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Lean tools, methodologies, and best practices to streamline operations and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior consultants and team members on Lean principles and methodologies.
- Work closely with senior management to develop Lean strategies and drive organizational change towards a Lean culture.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Lean consulting, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record of leading successful Lean transformation projects and driving process improvements.
- Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies, tools, and practices such as Kaizen, 5S, value stream mapping, and waste reduction.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is a plus.
