We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Lean Consultant to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Lean methodologies and a proven track record of implementing Lean principles to drive operational efficiencies and improve project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Lean transformation initiatives within construction projects, working closely with project teams to identify areas for improvement and develop Lean strategies to optimize processes.
- Conduct Lean assessments and analyses to identify waste and inefficiencies in project workflows, and develop action plans to address these issues.
- Provide training and guidance to project teams on Lean principles and tools, and oversee the implementation of Lean practices on construction sites.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure alignment and buy-in for Lean initiatives.
- Monitor and track project performance metrics to measure the impact of Lean initiatives, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in Lean construction, and provide thought leadership on how to apply these concepts to our projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Lean consulting, with a focus on the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of Lean tools and methodologies, such as value stream mapping, 5S, and Kaizen.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing Lean initiatives in construction projects, resulting in cost savings and improved project outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma or Lean Construction are highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
