We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Legal Officer to join our dynamic retail company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all legal affairs within the organization and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support to the management team on a wide range of legal issues, including but not limited to commercial contracts, employment law, intellectual property, and data protection.
- Review and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
- Manage and oversee all legal disputes, litigation, and regulatory matters.
- Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on changes to laws and regulations that may affect the business.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary.
- Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate risk and protect the company's interests.
- Provide legal training and guidance to employees on legal matters.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law; Master's degree is a plus.
- Admitted to practice law in the UAE.
- [X] years of experience working in a legal role within the retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
