Job Description:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Legal Officer to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. The Senior Legal Officer will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support to the organization in all legal matters related to the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence
- Providing legal advice and guidance on regulatory compliance, intellectual property rights, licensing, and other legal issues relevant to the pharmaceutical industry
- Managing and resolving legal disputes and litigation, including working closely with external legal counsel when necessary
- Conducting legal research and analysis to support decision-making and ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations
- Advising senior management on legal risks and opportunities, and developing strategies to mitigate risks and achieve business objectives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including compliance, regulatory affairs, and quality assurance, to ensure legal compliance and best practices
- Keeping abreast of legal developments and industry trends that may impact the organization's operations

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law; Master's degree in Law or related field is preferred
- Licensed to practice law in the UAE; additional licensing in other jurisdictions is a plus

- Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations, particularly those relevant to the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
