We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Litigation Counsel to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have expertise in real estate law and litigation, with a proven track record of successfully handling complex legal matters in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all litigation matters related to real estate, including disputes, claims, and lawsuits
- Develop and implement legal strategies to protect the company's interests and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Represent the company in court proceedings, negotiations, and other legal matters
- Provide legal advice and guidance to senior management on litigation risks and potential resolutions
- Collaborate with external legal counsel, experts, and consultants as needed
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation efforts
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs
- Stay current on developments in real estate law and litigation trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law; Master's degree is a plus
- Licensed to practice law in Dubai; additional qualifications in real estate law are preferred
- [5-8] years of experience in litigation, with a focus on real estate
- Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations related to real estate
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience managing a team of legal professionals is a plus
