We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Manager to join our team in Dubai within the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceuticals, as well as proven leadership and management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the strategic planning and execution of all operations within the pharmaceutical division
- Manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and drive growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, clients, and regulatory agencies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving business growth
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
