We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Materials Scientist to join our manufacturing team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading material science research and development projects, providing technical expertise, and driving innovation in materials technology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and development activities to identify and evaluate new materials for use in manufacturing processes
- Lead material selection and characterization projects to optimize product performance and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new materials solutions for product development
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on material properties, processing techniques, and failure analysis
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in materials science to drive innovation and competitive advantage
- Mentor and train junior materials scientists and engineers

Requirements:
- Master's or PhD in Materials Science, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in materials science research and development in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of materials characterization techniques, such as SEM, TEM, XRD, and spectroscopy
- Experience with materials selection, testing, and analysis for product development
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams
