We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Materials Scientist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in materials science, particularly in the aerospace and defense industry. The Senior Materials Scientist will be responsible for conducting research, developing new materials, and providing technical expertise to support our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and experiments to develop new materials for aerospace and defense applications
- Analyze and test the properties of materials to ensure they meet industry standards and requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical support and guidance on materials selection and usage
- Lead projects to improve existing materials and develop innovative solutions for specific challenges
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in materials science to drive innovation and competitiveness
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in materials science, with a focus on aerospace and defense
- Strong knowledge of materials characterization techniques and analysis methods
- Proven track record of successful project management and technical leadership
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
