We are currently seeking a highly experienced and qualified Senior Nursing Officer to join our team in Dubai. The Senior Nursing Officer will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the nursing education programs within the organization. This individual will play a key role in developing and implementing curriculum, providing leadership and mentoring to nursing staff, and ensuring high standards of nursing education are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement nursing education programs in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices
- Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff to promote professional growth and development
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing education programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay current on trends and developments in nursing education and incorporate best practices into program curriculum
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and accreditation standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Master's degree preferred
- Valid nursing license in Dubai
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in nursing education
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
