We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursing Officer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and healthcare management, with a focus on real estate and property management.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the nursing staff and ensure high-quality care is provided to residents and tenants in our real estate properties
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations and industry best practices
- Collaborate with property managers and other team members to address residents' healthcare needs and concerns
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including training and mentoring
- Monitor and evaluate nursing services to ensure compliance with quality standards and resident satisfaction
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers and agencies as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance efforts
- Handle any nursing-related issues or emergencies that arise in the properties

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree preferred
- Valid nursing license in Dubai, UAE
- At least 5 years of experience in nursing, with 2-3 years in a leadership or management role
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of real estate and property management practices is a plus
