We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior PR Manager to join our Retail team in Sharjah. The Senior PR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic PR campaigns to enhance the company's brand reputation and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to promote the company's products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders
- Create engaging press releases, media kits, and other PR materials
- Organize and manage press events, product launches, and media tours
- Monitor and analyze media coverage to evaluate the success of PR campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure PR initiatives align with overall marketing and business objectives
- Manage a team of PR professionals and provide guidance and support as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in PR, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Proven track record of successfully executing PR campaigns in the Retail industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PR software
