We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior Policy Advisor specializing in Information Technology to join our team in Sharjah. The Senior Policy Advisor will be responsible for providing strategic policy guidance and recommendations to senior management in order to ensure the organization's IT policies align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform policy decisions
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to assess policy impacts and ensure compliance
- Monitor and evaluate policy effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements
- Provide expert advice and guidance on IT policy matters to senior management and key stakeholders
- Lead policy development initiatives and projects, including drafting policy documents and conducting stakeholder consultations
- Stay current on emerging technologies and their potential policy implications
- Represent the organization in external policy forums and working groups related to IT

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Policy Analysis, or related field

- Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks, regulations, and compliance standards
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences
- Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
