We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Policy Advisor to join our team in Sharjah, specializing in Education. As a Senior Policy Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert policy analysis and advice to senior management on a range of education-related issues. You will play a key role in shaping and implementing policies that will have a direct impact on the education sector in Sharjah.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on education policies and trends, both locally and internationally.
- Develop and recommend policy initiatives to address key challenges and opportunities in the education sector.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including government officials, educators, and community leaders, to gather input and feedback on proposed policies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing policies and make recommendations for improvements.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management on policy-related matters.
- Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and other events related to education policy.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Public Policy, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in policy analysis and development, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong knowledge of Sharjah's education landscape and policies.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
