We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Policy Analyst to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in policy analysis within the aerospace and defense industry, with a deep understanding of government regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of government policies and regulations related to the aerospace and defense industry
- Develop and recommend strategic policy initiatives to support the company's goals and objectives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of policy recommendations with business objectives
- Monitor and track legislative developments and policy changes that may impact the company's operations
- Provide guidance and recommendations on compliance with government regulations and policies
- Prepare and present policy briefs, reports, and presentations to senior management and external stakeholders
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in policy analysis

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, International Relations, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in policy analysis within the aerospace and defense industry
- Strong knowledge of government regulations and policies related to aerospace and defense
- Excellent analytical and research skills
- Ability to communicate complex information effectively to a variety of audiences
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software programs
