We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Policy Analyst to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry and a proven track record of developing and implementing policies that drive business success and compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on industry trends, regulatory changes, and policy developments affecting the pharmaceutical sector
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement policies and strategies that align with business objectives and comply with local and international regulations
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of policies on business operations and make recommendations for adjustments as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging policy issues to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant
- Represent the company at industry conferences, regulatory meetings, and other relevant events to build relationships and advocate for policy priorities
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior policy analysts and contribute to their professional development

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in policy analysis, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding of local and international regulations governing the pharmaceutical sector
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
